Service Estimate and Booking Summary:

Our pricing is based on assumptions regarding the levels of cleanliness and the time required to clean your home, as we do not perform walk-throughs for pricing and quotes. We estimate the required service hours based on the information provided by you during the booking process. The estimated duration for your cleaning service can be found in your booking summary.

Flexibility in Service Duration:

In the event that our cleaners determine they may be unable to complete the work within the estimated time, you will be given the option to provide a list of priorities for our team to focus on during the available time.

Credit Card Hold:

A hold will be placed on your credit card two days before the scheduled service date. It is important to note that this hold is not a charge but serves as a pre-authorization.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service. An email receipt will be sent to you promptly after the payment is processed.

Pet Considerations:

For households with pets, we kindly request that if your pet is uncomfortable with unfamiliar faces, arrangements are made to ensure someone is home during the cleaning service. Alternatively, if having someone present is not feasible, please secure your pet in a designated and safe area to prevent any disruptions during the cleaning process.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made at anytime. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any changes in cleaning priorities or specific instructions before the commencement of the service.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion, and we will work to address and resolve the issue promptly.
